After 30 years of operating Third Level Events, CEO, Anthony Tibbs formed Dope Culture LLC in December 2021 with the vision of curating unique, vibrant, and peace-filled events for the greater Seattle area with an emphasis on showcasing local often underrepresented artists. This is achieved through the relationships built over the last three decades. By utilizing national talent as headliners to attract a large audience, they are then exposed to local and new talent. Combining community, connection, and culture, Dope Culture has produced multiple well received and well attended music events such as Soul of a Woman, Evolution of Neo Soul, and Neo Soul Fest. Dope Culture has also been contracted to coordinate the entertainment for Umoja Fest, Soul on the Pier, and Soul Holiday Marketplace working with organizations such as Umoja Peace Center, Africatown, Friends of the Waterfront & Seattle Theatre Group.
